Your User ID and Password are found on the renewal notification letter that you received in the mail. If you do not have your User ID and/or Password please utilize User ID Recovery or Password Recovery.

CHANGING YOUR LICENSE STATUS: If you wish to change the status of your license, you may only do so by completing and submitting to the Board one of the renewal invoices found here.


RETIRED LICENSEES WAIVER GRANTED: Retired licensees in "Waiver Granted" status may not renew online at this time. Please complete the renewal form and mail in with payment. Any questions can be directed to Tyson at tducote@lapels.com.
